Shipping Methods 

Domestic, inside the EU and international orders are shipped via DHL. For our customers in Ukraine, shipments are sent via Nova Post with an estimated delivery time of 7 days.

Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to the following countries: Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed within up to 7 business days. Please note that during holidays, sales events, or special promotions, processing times may be extended.

Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and estimated delivery date.

- Ukraine (via Nova Post): Approximately 7 days from the dispatch date.

Tracking Your Order

Within the EU

Orders shipped within the European Union are generally not subject to additional customs fees.
