RETURNS POLICY

You can return or exchange any item purchased on ely-ely.com within 14 days of the delivery date from the country the item was delivered to. 

For returns, please follow the instructions for returning with the same carrier that shipped your order. For exchanges, please see the information below.

If you would like to return a product, please follow the instructions below (DHL):

1/  Please write to our Customer Care team customercare@ely-ely.com and indicate your order number and which item(s) you would like to return and the reason.

2/ Please insert the form with the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging.

3/ Please close the parcel securely and attach the returns label to the outside.

4/ You can either drop your parcel off at a DHL store, (see locator.dhl.com for the one nearest to you), or arrange a pick-up at: mydhl.express.dhl. When arranging your pick-up, you will need to provide the Waybill number shown on your label. You can find it below the first barcode.

5/ Once we have received the returned item(s), we will confirm your refund as soon as it has been processed.


RETURNS CONDITION


  • All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed or altered, and with tags still attached. Please make sure to include all item boxes and dust bags with your return.
  • Only one prepaid label is provided for each order, therefore all goods must be returned in the same parcel.
  • Return shipments must be made using the same service as for the original delivery (DHL).
  • We can only accept returns from the country to which an order was originally shipped, for example, orders delivered to Italy must be returned from Italy. Otherwise, the return is unfortunately not free of charge (import and shipping fees will be charged at your own expense).
  • Customized items cannot be returned.
  • Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. You can also opt in to receive store credit for the refunded amount, which you can redeem on future ely-ely.com purchases.
  • Insurance and handling fees will not be refunded by Ely Shiva Srl in case of returns.
